Politely contacted seller many times prior to the month at different times of the day/night in hopes I'd get a response. Did not receive a single reply whatsoever for some reason.     My yarn bowl is absolutely beautiful, & the Seller packed it with care. There is a bit of roughness on the inside of the bowl where the verticals attach to the base with epoxy or wood glue; it shouldn't snag the yarn from this recessed position given the shape of yarn balls/cupboard skeins. There's also a touch of roughness along the cut edges of the bowl's swirl; a square of sandpaper came with it, but it would make the finish, so I will see if my ultra-fine grit nail buffer will do the trick.
