    I bought this item but it came with manufacturer defects. I asked for a replacement. They recommended to return the item and then ship the replacement. But at the time I filed the return, it ran out of stock. I wanted to keep the item and asked for a partial refund. Because it is not fair that I pay the same price for the same item, but mine came defective. Also the box/package was damaged. The company said that it cannot issue a partial refund because the item had a discount. Very bad service.
