    There was a mix up in the designs of the mugs I received. I attempted a return because I received 3 matching mugs instead of the different designs but instead he just sent me the other two mugs. I think he also edited the description and pictures to help the buyer understand what they’re getting

    The product was as described and a good deal especially because it was brand new, so Im happy with that. But because it had no outer (protective/shipping) packaging, the original box it came in arrived damaged ( a big gash and all box corners mashed) due to the normal transportation handling. Since its a gift, I cant yet open it to make sure all contents are in good shape. so that was a bit disappointing. But over-all the sellers were on time and did have a great product.
