I was impressed and grateful that the seller took the time to package the item well with very thick bubble wrap and packing paper. The item is just as described, I love it so much! It is the perfect shade of pink and nice addition to my kitchen! This item was a little pricey, more than what I paid for my white bella electric kettle. However, this product cannot be found in this color from any other merchant.
