    It was a little pricey for my budget, but I really love this brand of puzzle and wanted to try it. It was packed properly. Shipped very timely and arrived as described. We put it together fairly quickly, but found out it was missing one piece. Though it was sealed, and there was no fault of the seller, I contacted the seller and they kindly offered to refund me 50% of the cost. I appreciate that very much, as they didn't have to go above and beyond like that. Thank you!

    Shipping was on time. Delivery - suggestion. State on the shipping order to LEAVE AT FRONT ENTRY DOOR. The package was at my garage door- if I had backed my car out of my garage, the product would have been DAMAGED. Also pack in a solid colored box without any advertisements. Mine was packaged in a box with coffee advertisements in black & gold designs. ALSO…NO Manufacture Product Guide. If I graded this experience out of 1-5, this seller, it would score 2.
