  The purchase of this bed support was very easy. It arrived very well packaged and it is a very good quality. The price was very good too. it did not fit my mother's medical bed. I contacted the seller who offered a couple of solutions and I accepted a full refund. I was sent a prepaid returns slip and was refunded within 2 days once I had given evidence that I had sent the item back in the original packaging.
