  The purchase of this bed support was very easy. It arrived very well packaged and it is a very good quality. The price was very good too. it did not fit my mother's medical bed. I contacted the seller who offered a couple of solutions and I accepted a full refund. I was sent a prepaid returns slip and was refunded within 2 days once I had given evidence that I had sent the item back in the original packaging.   The outboard is as would be expected for the cost. However, beware, there is no transmission oil in the transmission and nowhere does it mention this in the instructions. This would cause catastrophic damage to the transmission if started and run as per the instructions. Watch YouTube video. Seller/manufacturer please find a good interpreter for your instructions, although they are interpreted from Chinese into English, they are almost impossible to read/interpret.
