The only negative was not getting an answer to my "note to seller" regarding upgrading shipping to USPS Signature Confirmation. Since it's USPS, I don't have any control over delivery like I do with UPS and FedEx (they have options for delivery on a specific day or leave at a brick-and-mortar store).

  Due to a mishandling on the part of the postal service, this package took quite a trip to get to me, but the seller was incredibly communicative, responsive, and was able to find my package once it had finally been returned to sender.
