  The seller originally sent the wrong Mario character, but after he found out, he was very willing to right the situation. He did not have any more of the correct one I needed, but he asked if he could send a different one and let us keep the incorrect one. It was shipped out promptly, and when it arrived, the seller had included an additional Mario character, free of charge. Even though I didn’t receive what was originally ordered, the seller made for a pleasant experience.
