  My unit arrived damaged in shipping. The faceplate and front buttons were damaged. I requested a refund and the seller offered me a 50 percent refund to keep the unit and I felt that was very fair. The unit is very heavy and shipping it around more won't help anyone. The seller packed the unit very well but I'm pretty sure it was dropped during shipping and what can you do. I would recommend this seller.
