  I am really not happy. I have ordered this present for my granddaughters birthday ages ago so it would be here in time. Yodel are an absolute joke they have said since the 7th the have my parcel and delivered between 9th and 13th just contacted them and they have said they don't even have the parcel just the information for it. I know it's not your fault but think you should know the parcel company you are using are really shocking this is not my first issue with yodel. Unhappy customer
