    I've been using the device for about a week and everything seems to work fine. Gateway was factory reset before sold. It was packaged well. Item is in good shape and as described. Value is great. Shipping started off great. Item was handed over to USPS right away and started the journey. It took much longer than it should've, no fault of the seller. I confirmed with USPS they made the mistake, not the seller. I would purchase from them again.

    These people are irresponsible, disorganized, and seemingly unaware of what they're selling or have in stock. They advertise one thing and send you another. You ask them questions to confirm that what they're selling is as advertised, and they say yes... only to end up with something else. And when you write to them for a solution, they just stay silent and don't respond. I paid for a DR02P battery for a Dell Latitude 3550 laptop with an Ultra 5 125U processor, and they sent me a Y7HR3 battery,

    You haven't responded to us we asked for photos of what we sent to confirm. You only send us screenshots from a Youtube video of what we where selling a DR02P. You also purchased the item Feb 3rd and it was delivered Feb 5th. You waited over a month to reach out to us March 17th claiming we sent the wrong battery without photo proof. You are terrible at responding in a timely manor.
