  Light fixture came poorly packaged and with nothing on the box to indicate that it was fragile. When I opened the box, the glass globe was broken. I proposed a remedy (split the cost for another globe, each paying $12 for a new globe) which would have saved the seller $6 from the return shipping cost. That was not agreeable so I'll eat the cost rather than spending a half day at the Post Office.

  item well packed. 30 day return on all item. Buyer wanted partial refund. Buyer was offered full refund on item upon return which would have been free. buyer stated he would have to spend half a day at post office returning an item with a pre paid label. in fact buyer could have attached label and left at mailbox. buyer only desired refund
