wrong part sent. Description and picture did not match what was sent. He did tell me to keep the part, and he would reimburse me for my purchase. however, only half was reimbursed, and I sent him a picture of the recite and he just argued saying that is not what he received. after sending a picture of my charges... I got no response back and he has not reimbursed me for the remainder amount. I would not recommend buying from this seller. As I have sent several emails try get this resolved.

Mitutoyo discontinued the original item, so you are right that the picture did not match. We corrected the listing once we figured this out. As for the partial refund, that is just not true. Here is what was on the order that we received through eBay... 1pc # 21EZA199 Price: $7.98 Shipping: $9.05 Sales Tax: $1.40 Total Order: $18.43 Total Amount Refunded: $18.43 I have no idea how you were charged $32.06 from eBay. We issued a full refund.
