    I ordered these plates and when I picked up the package, there was a not from the post office that the item was damaged. The box rattled and when I opened it, all of the plates were broke,. I contacted the seller and requested a refund. I sent pictures of the intact box, as well as pictures of each plate. The seller insisted that I use the picture box to the right of the message but I could not transfer the pictures from my phone. The seller doesnt respond to messages any more nor refund me

    We’ve asked several times for photos via eBay messages. You keep requesting my personal email, which violates eBay policy. USPS confirmed they do not place “damaged” stickers on boxes. Without photos sent through eBay, I can’t file a claim. Your refusal raises red flags. Sellers beware.
