    The item finally turns on, but only after I bought a new charger and battery pack from the original manufacturer. I am still giving a positive review because it appears to work and for the price was a good deal even after the extra expense. The Seller admitted that only 3 lights worked on the battery pack when charged, but I wish they had said so originally. I am still pleased with my purchase and it was packaged with care and sent out in a timely manner.
