Hi, I'm Dustin, the founder of GreatVacs, and I have a story for you… Why are you laughing? Yes ‘Dustin’ is my real name… I know that's funny. I get it… .and yes, I’ve heard all the jokes :)

Did you know we were the first company to sell high end vacuums on ebay starting back in the 90's? It is true. Yep I distintually remember having no digital camera (had to take them old school), no credit card payments (had to accept money orders) and 56k internet speed :) Things have changed since then but one thing has not changed. Our commitment to our customers and giving them quality rebuilt high end vacuums!

In fact, we didn't' realize how poorly our old one was performing until we received this one. What a difference! We had only purchased it when the cord on our old one burnt up. So the lack of good suction on the old one wasn't noticed until this new one arrived and worked so much better.
