  The guitar and seller have exceeded our expectations! This seller provides excellent communication. Seller took pictures of the guitar including serial number at our request. The guitar arrived in Alabama within two days of shipping. The guitar is in exactly as described and pictured in new condition. It’s even more beautiful in person than it was in pictures. My son saved his money for quite some time. He is beside himself with excitement! It is exactly what he was looking for! Thank you!!!!

  Seller was very friendly and helpful. I wanted actual photos of the guitar and they sent me multiple good photos from different angles and offered a refund if I wasn't happy with the pattern of the wood. Shipping was fast and it was packaged very well but the courier dropped it at my door step, there is a very small dent, not noticeable unless you really look carefully so I'm not concerned. The guitar was set up well. I am happy with this seller and I plan to do business with them again.

  (Part 2) I purchased two guitars from this seller at the same time; this is the second half of my feedback. In addition to good shipping and comms, this seller has also provided great follow up service. Both guitars suffered some slight cosmetic dings in shipping (no fault of the seller because the guitars were securely wrapped in gig bags with bubble wrap and paper, I think UPS was just rough with the packages) and they were quick to file an insurance claim with UPS to get me compensation. A+++
