It was wrapped extremely well but I believe the changes in air pressure during shipment caused the seam on the bottle to separate so half of the product had leaked out. I reported it & was promptly issued a refund within hours. Would definitely purchase from her again. Might recommend trying to extract as much air from the tube as possible before shipping however.
