  Seller marked the pre order item as shipped 5 days before actually shipping it. The pre order description did not specify if the item was on hand or pending, as many pre order venders do. Because of this, the item was originally marked as March 1st for delivery date but then changed to March 5th. When I contacted the vendor for a partial refund with the alternative to me pursuing a claim, the vendor accused me of extortion and reported me to Ebay.

  Glue was apart from the top and you can see into the box. Box was clearly poorly reglued and the packs inside swapped out. Would highly not recommend business.

  Why didn't you contact us? We would have happily taken back the package, if the package had somehow opened. We want our customers to be happy. unfortunately older product like this, the glue tends to get brittle and comes loose.

  Well it took awhile since it was shipped as media mail and there wasn’t any tracking on it so I wasn’t sure when I’d receive it but I finally got it. I loved civilization 6 and this one is alot different and I’m not sure yet just how much I like it. There is a good chance after playing it more I’ll like it
