  Communication was good... However he sent 2 sets of bottom molds. I was unable to use the kit for the top mold as there was no way they would work.. After arguing with me over the fack that they weren't the right molds he agreed to refund me for the grillz but still charged me for the mold set even though it's not my fault he sent the wrong ones... The only reason I'm giving him neutral instead of negative feedback is he did have good communication and he refunded me within the day
