Buyer Beware, this seller does not operate in good faith and you cannot trust a listing to accurately reflect the item they will send and they will not make it right when they send an item that does not match the listing. The seller stopped communicating when attempting to reach a middle ground resolution. Avoid this seller.

  All good with the seller - item was essentially as described, shipping time was good, pricing reasonable, etc.; it's worth noting that, despite the package labeling, the VIVO mount does not actually fit all screens up to 34" (looks like it will max out around 31" with ultrawides) but that is an issue with the labeling on the item itself, and thus VIVO, so I've given full marks for GroundX
