My item (Firestarter Blu-ray Zac Efron NEW) it shipped and arrived very quickly, was well packaged for shipment in a bubble lined envelope and is just as described. Good communication.   I had a good 1st experience with this seller. My items were as described, they arrived on time, they were undamaged and communication was excellent. My only complaint is that I asked Gruv to ship my order in a box and it was shipped in a bubble envelope instead. I do believe though that if my items were damaged during shipping that Gruv would have taken care of the issue with no additional cost to me. That being said I'll probably buy from them again.

  I received this item a week ago. It is in the condition described in the listing, brand new. It was packaged very well for shipment nothing broken. No issues with playing the blu ray. For me this is a value because I cannot find these types of items locally. The communication about shipping was ok, but I attribute that to USPS. Thank you for offering this item.
