  The trailer jack was exactly as described except that the plastic weather cap on top of the tube was broke in half. The shipping carton was undamaged, therefore i assumed that it was packaged and shipped that way. The positive part is that I contacted Torin, the manufacturer, and they replaced it for nothing, the contact support person, Claudia, was very helpful and great to deal with.
