    Okay Shipping and Service, Items as Described but Communications Terrible. Seller's Counteroffers was the SAME or MORE than Selling Price! Had to go back and forth with seller for three days to get them to understand and FINALLY accept my Counteroffer which was only slightly less than selling price! Don't offer the "Best Offer" option if you don't understand the concept! Also NOT a U.S. Seller!
