  Quality: good for studio despite legendary 57 live reputation and this being only 1/3 the cost of this mic new @Guitar Center, Sweetwater, etc. Appears to be an actual Shure SM57. Yes, it does. I caught one with a drumstick and was given a label to ship it back within minutes. Was offered another one or a refund with no hassle shortly after. I opted for the backup to use with great care and respect in my lil' studio. Sounds just like an SM57 should. Consider this, my friends. Thank you.
