    Advertised printer as new in original packaging. It came and even though in the description it says includes ink it came w none. There is an error code on printer which I'm hoping is due to no ink. Contacted seller about there being no ink and they pretty much said oh well. I could have bought the same printer for same price from a other seller that actually did come w ink had they not falsely advertised this one. Photo taken directly from their ad.

    Although the item was listed as 'used', it was pretty much new. Came with full packaging and priced reasonably. Amazon had the mouse on sale only in specific colors, but this seller offered the color I wanted for the same sale price. Love the color and the matte finish, and the shape is comfortable for my hand.

    The seller is absolutely legit. Everything came as advertised and then some. It says used but literally came in the original packaging. This felt like a new purchase for half the price.     Item was listed as “Open Box” and was received within 10 days of purchase. On arrival, item had some cosmetic damage. I don’t think this was obtained during shipping as multiple bubble wrap shipping envelopes were used and did not appear to be damaged. I contacted the seller who very quickly made things right by offering to return the item or issue a partial refund. Due to the seller’s quick response to issues and the relatively small amount of damage, I am happy with the agreed outcome.
