  Extremely fast and comprehensive communication. They answered all my questions, which I appreciated. Since this was a pick-up only item, I was able to try it out (it’s a digital piano) at their store before I bought it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.   Marked delay in shipping, a fault not of the seller but a mistake made by USPS. Well packed preventing damage to the item. The figurine has lost its walking stick not direct mentioned in the description ( should have mentioned it for transparency). The value is reasonable due to missing part.
