  The karaoke machine is well packaged, delivery was fast. Although the colour was wrong, I decided to keep it and the seller agreed to refund me £20. The machine itself is fine, not the most intuitive system but after two weeks of trying different way to use it (searching songs using different ways and input), we get on with it better. Top tip is to link it with your device (phone or IPad) that make choosing songs a lot easier. Seller is great from start to finish, 5 stars communication.

  Excellent service. I received the item very quick. I have sent this seller asking so many questions and he gave me every answers. The machine arrived in a perfect condition and it’s so easy to set up only took few minutes. The quality is perfect.   I am very impressed with this seller. I asked them a lot of questions, and they patiently answered all of them. I wanted a slight different version and they were able to send me the version I wanted too! There was also after sales service as well. On top of this they shipped this with UPS, so it arrived in Australia 5 days after I put in my order on eBay. Given it was shipped from China, that is really quick!
