  I want to thank Halloween's basement for their quick responses to my questions about sizes and after purchae, my concerns about shipping. Not only did the representative respond with kindness, he offered to send another costume as I was on a time crunch. Eventually I received both costumes - and of course, I will be sending one back to the shop. This is the type of company that people should want to buy from.

  Received a Halloween costume for my daughter. Tights arrived with several large holes in them. I let seller know about this and they said to mail the tights back to them but did not offer to pay for shipping. I sent photos of the ripped tights but have not heard a response. I already paid over $9 for shipping. They should have refunded some of the purchase price or sent another pair of tights. Wished I would have read other reviews from unsatisfied customers.
