  The pictures in the add shows a electric rechargeable ratchet that is not included. Very deceptive. The set they actually sell is worth about 10 dollars. I canceled the order after waiting over a month and then contacting the seller about the true contents of set and it's whereabouts.

  Sorry it was shipped on time but mail person delivered it to house next door.. I did get it get just took a while my neighbor is my brother and his family and they did not open package and didn’t realize it wasn’t theirs…but I did get eventually.. so again sorry

  Experience with the seller was fine, and shipping from China was as expected, but the product is worthless. "Heat any room in 2 minutes" is a complete lie. This might heat a 4' x 4' broom closet in 30 minutes. This heater is completely unusable and not at all worth the $50 I paid. lesson learned...
