    This was an open box purchased item. I wanted a DSLR camera that wasn’t too expensive because I have little experience with this type of camera. Item arrived quickly and well packaged and all pieces to the kit were present except for 1 battery. The seller did offer a small refund for this, which I accepted and was most appreciative of it. All-in-all, pleased with the purchase. It really is a very good little camera.

    Happy to find this item, as is the same item was using for assisted hearing. When my head band developed a crack, I turned to Ebay in search of a replacement & found this one. Took 10 days to get here from time shipped due to weather & a negligent postal employee. The item was in perfectly new condition & well packaged for transit.
