  I was nervous about this purchase and worried that I had overpaid. After opening the package, I knew that it was going to be a good buy. The box was big enough not to damage my delicate hat. Her communication was very good and she even included a thank you card with my name on it. The hat has some light wear but her description was very good and the felt is silky smooth!
