  The customer service was beyond what I would expect from a Fortune 500 company. The product came to my house earlier than expected ( my furnace motor went out the day I received the new one in 30*f Michigan winter). The mail was rough with the package and broke a piece off even though the motor was protected properly. With a short text and picture I sent, they sent me a replacement in what felt like next day.
