I order upper and lower grill trim covers and my package was just like the pictures. all parts were in their own wrapping for protection and shipping didn’t take longer than a week. When I tried to put on one part I noticed I ordered the wrong car trim. Getting that issue sorted out was hassle free with them and they respond within 24 hours.
