    Very fast shipping, customs was correct. I ended up receiving a different manufacturer, so instead of emTek, I received a GALAX gpu. They communicated this very clearly to me so I wasn't annoyed or anything. This ended up actually being an upgrade for me so I was pretty thrilled. The box was new like it said and also works well so far. I'm pretty happy with them since it was super fast shipping, good packaging, and I actually got a working gpu.

    Seller has an atrocious attitude towards customers. Rude, unprofessional, little business acumen, in fact personally insulting when I tried to sort things with them. I was told that my efforts to resolve this issue “weren’t working” whilst they practically called me an imbecile! All my own communications were polite, factual but never ever offensive. This seller is not clear about the price to receive goods in the main advert so I have unexpectedly received an extra £50 bill. Avoid!

    the item was exactly as described! This was such an easy transaction and my item was sent with great care- bubble wrap enclosing the whole box. Item came from Asia, so it took awhile but it arrived safely and I was able to track it the whole time.
