    The item arrived as described and priced fairly. However, the seller is clearly drop-shipping the products from Amazon, which violates eBay's policy. I’m not leaving negative feedback only because the price I paid likely left little to no profit margin for this seller, and there is no reason to pour salt on that wound. However, if I wanted to purchase from Amazon, I would have gone there directly. Sellers should fully understand the platform rules before listing

    I do like the Gua Sha piece. I was a little disappointed that it did not have the carrying case pictured in the sales photo. It was in a little plastic bag, not as pictured. For some reason, it showed delivery one day before it actually arrived.

    Buyer beware! I ordered this product because it was advertised as being the liquid vitamin drops and this was the only place I could find that had them for sale. When I received the products and opened the package it was not drops it was capsules. I contacted the seller and requested a full refund because of it not being the product that was advertised or what I wanted. I was informed I could return the product for a full refund or receive a 60% refund and keep the items.
