For quality, this is a used item, but the computer looked like new. It was 100% like the model described and pictured . The shipping was very fast and the packaging very professional and pleasantly solid, the item arrived in perfect condition. I also needed to contact them for a minor detail and they were very responsive. 100% satisfied!

It was packaged securely and wrapped with bubblewrap. An excellent value.
