Items shipped quickly, arrived on the day promised (though delivery service missed their time target by a few hours), were competitively priced, and didn't require any follow up with seller. Interestingly, it was delivered by Amazon Logistics, and one box had a puncture hole in it and a small divot in the surface of the foam, not enough to be a problem.
