    item was advertised as new with tags. it arrived with No Tags and with red streaks in the fabric. Seller insisted it was inspected & shipped without streaks. the only option was to return. Not an option due to high shipping & return costs exceeding cost of the item. The seller refused to offer any other option & not only failed to reply to request for other options but they blocked me from future purchases. 2 other items in my order were very nice.

    All of my Jostar is brand new never used direct from the Jostar factory. There were no streaks on any pants. Nothing was used. Your complaint is not true. You are looking for free pants. This has been reported to Ebay. Previously you complained that I overcharged you $27 that was not true. Now you are making false claims about the pants in hopes of getting a refund. Your letter was replied to. There’s no other option to offer. There was nothing wrong with anything in your order.
