Tracking was provided but apart from one short message of “running behind” it did not update so I had no idea when it would arrive. Eventually arrived 5 days after expected.

  Excellent company,the sheet in the bag was the wrong colour,they were nt to know as it was a sealed grey bag and it was marked with the correct colour.they offered either a decent partial refund ,or an exchange for the correct one. A little slow with responding,but that’s nit picking and hopefully they ll read this ,and sort that out.

  Just got around to using these refills. It says on the packet, only to be sold in Asia. They lasted 3 days and have run out. It appeared to be an unused, unopened packet, so value for money is zero. Not contacted seller, as I as sure they know what it says on the packet and how long they have been stored. .

  Ordered the black ink on 2nd and hadn't arrived by 8th so contacted the seller. They said they would refund me and they did the next day on 9th. Good communication with the seller but apparently it wasn't sent out as out of stock so a long wait but these things happen so as long as you get refunded quickly all is well which is what happened.
