  They were extremely slow to ship. It took a week to ship out. Order placed Tuesday 10/1, shipping label created Wednesday 10/2, USPS took possession of package Tuesday 10/8. When the package finally arrived, it was not the same item as what was listed. The Honda Spec book listed was #S0577 and a paperback book. What was sent was a looseleaf in a binder #S0566. May be similar but NOT the same book. Several messages were sent to the seller with zero replies. Very unprofessional.
