    Item arrived 8 days past the last day of the delivery window. Seller did not drop the item off for shipment until 3 days past the last day of the delivery window. Instead of owning the issue, excuses were given and blame was placed on USPS. Product was fine when it finally arrived. Be prepared to wait.

    Was supposed to be a birthday gift. Seller claimed they were going to ship the item a week later. They then purchased the label on the last possible day for the shipping window, and five days later the seller still hasn't dropped off the item to be shipped. Would not recommend and will not purchase from again.

    There was an informed delay and item arrived only a few days late. Customer was aware but a little over the top with assumptions.
