  Unfortunately item arrived damaged that probably occurred during shipping. Item was not packaged properly for shipping. Was shipped in a plastic wrapped envelope. However, upon contacting seller for return, response was fast and seller returned payment without requesting item to be shipped back to them. This goes to show that customer satisfaction is important to seller rather than just simply selling on ebays platform. Thank you very much for your prompt response and understanding.

  There was a little misunderstanding between the seller employee and m. I sent a email to the seller i had a question about the item unfortunately the employee didn t know what i was asking seller for and He or She emailed me and gave the wrong information so i was a little upset however that employee is no longer with the company The seller had apologize to me. And yes i will order from the same seller again.

  Through my own fault the wrong part was ordered. Immediately realizing this the order was cancelled and reordered properly. The cancellation request was promptly acknowledged and refunded by the seller. The properly ordered item was received a few days later. A smoother transaction than I deserved.   Very happy with purchase. Good quality model. Packaging a bit torn on one end but model in perfect condition. Good value model with realistic appearance. Some bubble wrap around the package for postage would have been good but I'm still very happy. Thank you so much 🙂
