    I am a loyal Ebay buyer, and I am extremely happy with Ebay's prices and services. But this particular item was listed on Ebay for $7.70, but the seller charged my account $15.00. The seller eventually credited the difference. Also, the phone case the seller sent me was a different case than was pictured in the Ebay ad. I never did get the phone case that I ordered. Instead, the seller sent me a compromise refund, which I accepted because I was tired of dealing with the whole ordeal.
