About us

Since 2007 the Hearing & Vision Superstore has been owned and operated by Vaughn Engineering. We are a family business with decades of customer service experience.

We were drawn into the world of assistive devices while trying to help a family member. At the time, the product that would help cost thousands of dollars and was not affordable. Determined to find a way to help, we soon found a way to provide this type device for a small fraction of the cost. Word of our success soon spread through the retirement community that our family member resided in.

Realizing that we could help many more with budget constraints, we began our online presence with just a handful of products. Happy customers began requesting more and different types of products. And we did our best to comply with those requests and now offer hundreds of assistive products.

Today we are still a family run business that works closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to provide products and service to our customers
