  I did buy this without carefully reading the description and doing more research on what this headset should come with in order for it to function. It is missing the band which is necessary for its operation. The seller had excellent communication when I asked about the headband and confirmed that what I saw in the pictures was what I was getting. I did find a non-RE version for a similar price which, combined, is still cheaper than brand new. So I really didn't take too much of a loss.
