    Product was damaged in shipping. Seller tried to offer partial rebate and wouldn't just replace damaged part. I decided to return entire product and ended up with a full rebate and got to keep the product. Hopefully it will work with the damaged part. Now this is what I call true customer service. 5 stars to this company.
