      The item is fine , delivery fine I have issues with the freight cost. I ordered the goods from Sydney only for the seller to cancel my order as freight charges were changed aftermy order. I reordered goods from Victoria freight advertised as $200 they charged $760 now I'm having trouble getting $500 refunded as promised. I am happy to take this further.

      Dear Philip, Thank you for reaching out. The delivery cost to your location was $760, which is more affordable than the rates on Kylin website ($850 for home delivery, $483 to Batemans Bay depot). We do not offer a $200 delivery option. The higher delivery costs were incurred as your order had to be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse via a third-party service as sydeney point only for pick up service.
