    The dummy elements are obviously brand new, and the seller packaged them perfectly and shipped very promptly. USPS then lost them for a century or two, but that is no fault of the seller. Today they finally arrived, and I'm pleased with the goods and pleased with the seller, but ready to "go postal" on USPS.
